Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 11:24AM I'm sure you think I'm a little nutty to think my clients are the coolest, buttttt .... it's true. My brides tend to be legit awesome gals. Especially Brittany. No over the top fluff, just a real person who, if she lived here, there is a good chance we would be bff [yes I just used the same acronym from the necklaces from third grade where i wear the 'best' you wear the 'friends', and together they complete a heart]. Jus' sayin'. - And Jonathan discovered this too, and made her his Mrs. Here is a sneak peek of their Gulf Shores wedding at St. Andrews by the Sea, and their reception followed at the Kaiser bulding ... Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 2:26PM So I decided to do a little something different today ... let's do a top ten, or in this case, a random ten. Ten random things about me, which you may, or may not like - feel free to chuckle, you won't hurt my feelings ;)
1) I don't drink coffee, but love coffee shops [green or chai tea please!]
2) I make my own bread.
3) I laugh a lot. And when I'm nervous .... multiply that by 10.
4) Although I talk a lot now, when I was in kindergarten, I had to go to speech therapy. Apparently I didn't pronounce my words [because I was talking to fast - and apparently it worked ... maybe a little too well]
5) I can have a good time pretty much anywhere at anytime. According to the parental units, I was always great about entertaining myself, which is why tme-outs never worked as a consequence to a bad choice. I would take my happy little self and my happy little world and sit where ever time out was to be.
6) Yogurt bars [Peachwave is our local one] are a weakness for me, and a frustration for my hubby.
7) Candles are always burning in my humble abode.
8) I drink lemon water everyday [we're talking cut a lemon and juice half of it into your water, not the already bottled lemon water]
9) I want to adopt [not tomorrow, but one day!!!]
10) I LOVE dove chocolates, and just about any other kind of milk chocolate ....
Monday, February 13, 2012 at 5:20PM Tori found Freshly Bold through mutual friends, and when we met for the first time - I was excited she and her fiance, Leighton had chosen for Freshly Bold to photograph their Pensacola wedding. Tori is one of those girls who is full of light, so when we met up for their engagement session, I knew there would be would be lots of laughter - and oh boy, was there. Leighton just mainly laughed at us I'm pretty sure. :) - full of love and anticipation for the wedding, we definitely had a sucess of an engagement session. Enjoy!
Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 12:52PM Whitney has a smile that is so contagious, you can't help but to smile too - and of course, laugh a bit also. Whitney & Brian's wedding is just around the corner, and I am so honored and excited to be part of their day! Brian genuinely adores Whitney - it made me all giddy just to see them together - and I love that they love to laugh and have fun together ... which made my job super easy :) - here are a few of photographs from their engagement session held here in Gulf Shores - Enjoy!
